On Day 2, we tried to order the same... read more On Day 1, I ordered four breakfast items but was charged for six, and they refused to issue a refund for the overcharge. On Day 2, we tried to order the same items, the bill was correct this time, but the pancakes—the best item on the menu—were no longer available. We settled for waffles instead, but couldn’t shake the feeling that they just didn’t want us to order the pancakes. On Day 3, we placed the exact same order (three waffles and a sausage breakfast burrito), but this time we received half the food (only one waffle instead of two), and they charged us more than the day before even though it was the same order. The service has been wildly inconsistent, and the food options have varied despite our identical requests.
