Basye Brew Hollow

The experience was underwhelming, especially considering the price. While the staff was friendly, the service was rather slow. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the restaurant took appropriate precautions for safety. There aren't many options in the area, making this a choice worth considering. The standout dish was definitely the French Pommes! Unfortunately, the burger was dry and lacked flavor. On a positive note, they offered a good selection of locally brewed beers and apple wine.

We stayed nearby during our holiday and decided to give this restaurant a try. It was a bit too crowded for our comfort given the COVID situation, so we opted for pizza and loaded fries to take out. Wow, they were absolutely delicious! The fries were a generous portion topped with plenty of cheese and bacon. I had pepperoni on my pizza, and it was fantastic as well. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

The food was outstanding. I ordered the honey lime grilled chicken salad, and the chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My wife had the bird dish, and my daughter enjoyed the Hammy. Both were also made to perfection. Additionally, the beer selection was fantastic.

The best food in the valley. Put your hands down. I'm a 26-year-old foodie living my whole life in the valley. I was just at every restaurant up and down this stretch of 81 and then some. The aesthetics and atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff and especially the food is the top notch. It is off the path that is eccentric and at the same time rustic. They make their own bread, sauces, chips, etc. I personally drove an hour out of my way to eat lunch at this place.

Worth the reviews. Great food. We had the chicken wings. Great atmosphere. Even more awesome stuff!!! Came for lunch and then the next day for dinner!
