Chick-fil-a - Bastrop

The tasty eating by far. I have a spicy deluxe that I took a little of it, and it felt like the sandwich and I'm playing. I was a terrible man. I took another bite, just to make sure that I didn't feel the same, and it was the same, I spit it out and it was hard looking what it had several in the sandwich I pulled out. I took it back to show her, and the manager said he didn't know what that could be. I was disgusting and asked for a refund I had everything that came with the combo and the manager told me that he couldn't give me the money back, he could only exchange it for the same sandwich or something else. I'd post pictures, but it's creepy to see. I'll never go back. I don't understand how I couldn't get my money back when I didn't even get good food. I told him I paid with cash and still said that no money could not give me back. I would give it 0 starts

The service was terrible. The employee taking orders came out with an I-Pad that wasn't working. She had to go back inside to get another one. This employee had just relieved another employee. I guess they don't check their i-pads before coming outside to take orders. The employee moving the traffic cones was to busy eating, while cars backed up in the lines. We waited a long time for our order because the wrong license plate was entered.

The service is impeccable! They come and refresh your drinks. They come by and ask if everything's okay. It's been years since I've been inside the Chick-fil-A I was pleasantly surprised. And the place was impeccably clean of course.

Chick-fil-A has always been one of our favorite places to eat until recently. First they quit serving carrot salad, which is one of the few salads I can eat. Then the last 3 times I have been there, the brioche bun was flimsier and cost .55 more and the chicken not as good as it was before. Outside seemed too done. The service has always been super and is still that way, but I hope you will exam your sandwiches.

The food was great! The line inside was long, but it moved very quickly. Great customer service. The young lady at the register on 7/29 at 11:45am was so efficient and friendly!
