Jalisco Mexican - Bastrop County

Service is great and we usually pick up tacos in the morning which have been good but today we decided to eat inside since we had time. Our waitress was very nice. My breakfast was not good today. The bacon tasted like it was sitting out for a while or on its last leg. The biggest dissapointed was the migas! The tortillas in the migas should still be pretty crispy, instead they were a blob of sogginess! I couldn't even eat my plate. Will never order migas again! They need to learn how to make some proper migas.

Had the mole chicken enchiladas and they were delicious. They really hit the spot for my craving of enchiladas. The rice and refried beans complemented the enchiladas well and the tortilla chips were great. Definitely ordering from here again. Everyone loved their food.

We stopped in on Sunday for dinner and weren't disappointed. We were in town for the F1 race and being from GA wanted a taste of the local flavor. Service was quick, staff very friendly and food was great!

When you attend an event at COTA and get stuck behind traffic heading to Austin, save the hassle and grab a hood TexMex dinner in Bastrop. Worth the visit even if you aren't stuck there.

The food here is amazing, every time I've gone I've never been disappointed. The service has always been with a smile too
