we have eaten several times at leo and order something else almost every time, because everything sounds so delicious! and we have never been disappointed – everything is delicious! whether it is homemade Italian cuisine, steak, pizza or salat – we enjoyed everything. especially they love the lovely prime rib special - the kartoffels are totally worth the carbs! it is hard to leave room for dessert - we usually take... What Scott Banta doesn't like about Leo’s Italian Grill:
Pizza was burnt and way overcooked. Service could be more attentive by refilling drinks when they are empty. Place wasn't busy enough to get the service we got. Literally 3 tables with people. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 View all feedback.
We ordered a sampler appetizer, lasagna with house salad, and prime rib. The prime rib was too salty, but the restaurant made it right for us. The rest of the food was excellent, just as you would expect from classic Italian cuisine. The house salad was especially impressive and exceeded our expectations. We have been living in the Austin area for over 30 years and used to frequent a restaurant called Romeo’s for Italian food. While Leo’s may not be Romeo’s, it has become our new favorite spot for Italian cuisine. There are not many Italian options in the area, but Leo’s has done a great job. Well done!
My family tried this restaurant when they first opened and we had a great experience. Recently, we ordered takeout and had it delivered and once again it was delicious. I highly recommend their pizza, as it is our favorite. The shrimp Alfredo was also amazing. The meal type is dinner and the price per person is $10-20. The food and service both received a rating of 5, while the atmosphere was a 4. I recommend trying the pizza, chicken Parmesan, and Caesar salad.
I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. My wife, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law and I arrived at 6pm for a birthday dinner and the waitress/manager was friendly and efficient. The service was quick, and we received our drinks within minutes. The atmosphere reminded me of my favorite Italian restaurants in New Jersey- cozy and inviting. The pasta was excellent, with perfectly Al-dente noodles and delicious red sauce. The pizza was okay, with good flavors and toppings, but the crust was a bit too thin for my taste. If you enjoy crispy thin crust pizza, you will like this one. The prices were very reasonable and I will definitely make the trip back from Austin to dine here again.

Surprisingly delicious spot in the middle of nowhere! Have had everything from Pop's Cheddar Bomb to fettucini and lasagna, everything was delicious! Service is always great. Has a bar area, plenty of seating. Looks like they might even do live music at nights! Definitely don't sleep on this place if you're out in the sticks in Bastrop county or Eastern Travis county!!
