It all started with th... read more What a wonderful restaurant this is. Our last evening in Corsica ended in style in this attractive restaurant and what a pleasure it was! It all started with the choice of steak knives (see photo), Corsica is the island par excellence where knives still represent a true craft and craftsmanship and you can see that here! We went all out for the 7-course menu with matched wines, the price/quality was perfectly fine according to our Belgian standards. The supplement for the adapted wines may seem a bit on the high side, but the sommelier is not the least and serves real class wines that are less known but therefore no less good.
