The waitress was not up to it and didn't seem to be able to handle...many people in there. I had Steak with vegatables and soggy chips my Hubby had chips and egg with salad as they had no other Veggie dishes. It was expensive and service was poor. Won't be going again.

They forgot the sauce after asking it came out too late. Our second glass of wine was significantly smaller than the first. I didn't bother with desert as the lady next to us ordered a chocolate fondant that didnt melt in the middle. I went to the toilet and realised why the serivce was poor, the staff were drinking and socialisng with their friends.

The staff were friendly and more than happy to accommodate my husband's various requests, assuring us that everything was cooked to order. importantly, both our main dishes and desserts were excellent. The...street is not the prettiest but the seating area is attractive and this seemed a much better option than some of the tourist traps on Place Saint-Nicolas.
