Très bonne cuisine, les plats sont beaux, bons et copieux. Mention spéciale pour les desserts maison, un régal. Restaurant à recommander fortement pour sa qualité de cuisine.

Petite carte ( ce qui est souvent gage de qualité) qui n'utilise que des produits frais. Il y a un vrai cuisinier derrière les fourneaux.Bravo

I typically shy away from centrally located restaurants and those restaurants located in or very near the town square. I am glad I broke my rule! The service was fantastic. The suggested wine pairing was spot on for the various dishes that we ordered. The appetizers were all delicious and included razor clams, St. Jacques tartare and beef brochettes. Other than a little grit in the razor clams, all were spot on and delicious. For mains we enjoyed gamba risotto and dos de cabillaud. The risotto was perfect: creamy, well seasoned and the gambas cooked perfectly. The dos de cabillaud was one of the best dishes that we ate during our stay in France. Delicate cod in a butter sauce served with peas and potatoes. All in all a superb evening that left us salivating for more of Corsica!

The first ti... read more This establishment has no manager but is instead run by a team, that seems to have little idea of how to work together. We tried going there twice. The first time, we were turned away because they were supposedly full, even though there was hardly anyone there. The maitre d ' did not suggest coming back another evening. The second time, I called in the afternoon and spoke with one someone and made a reservation for that evening, leaving my name. I was not asked for a telephone number. When we arrived, the maitre d ' claimed not to have any record of our reservation and suggested that I must have reached an answering machine! He then announced that he was throwing us out of the restaurant. As we walked away, the chef came out and listened to our story but said that he could not help us because he had a business to run. These two were the only rude people I encountered in twelve days in Corsica.
