Reggae Beach -grill - Basseterre

We came here for the Lobster Festival, but were advised that they were fully booked. Luckily Sean from the USA, also a Kittian, asked about us again and they could join us. The food was nice, but expensive for a British traveller. Turtles, what was made our day was told by the water sports staff that a small turtle lived under their boat and had been seen this morning. After a small search we found the turtle under the boat. It wasn't small! Please swim, take photos, but don't disturb the turtle. When we visited the evening, I was bitten by flies, so I would recommend something insect repellent. Overall, the bar is alive, the food is good, there is a shop at the back of the bar and if you snore you can even swim with the turtle for free.

Fantastic food and people! The Caribbean Sea on this beach is wonderful! Clear, warm, calm. You can rent sun loungers (5 usd per) and parasols (10usd per). I have 2022 birthdays here in July.

I will begin by saying that the lobster here was some of the freshest tasting and fleshy lobster I've ever had! When you pair this with killer cocktails (the rum punch was just what I needed on a hot day... Be warned, it packs a blow! plus amazing friendly and fun service it is no wonder that it has such a great reputation. On the delicious food, friendly service and brilliant cocktails you have a beautiful beach right in front of you. The water is crystal clear and warm, overlooking the Caribbean and the island of Nevis. If you want a fun place to spend a day, then Reggae Beach and Bar is definitely a good choice.

If you want the island vibe, the Reggae Beach Bar Grill is a great place to check out. Laid back setting, beautiful beach with crystal clear water, terrific cocktails, and great seafood.
