The restaurant has a large dome structure with an old train carriage inside. Upstairs offers great views of Bassendean. The food and drinks are satisfactory, as expected from Dome. The service is efficient for take-out meals. This is a breakfast spot with prices ranging from A$1-20 per person. The food is rated a 4, service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5. View all feedback.

Food orders here are almost impossible to get right despite how many times you repeat the order. Staff are not interested, not all of them but majority. As a regular I recently had a very bad experience with a very rude staff member who after 28 minutes of waiting for food claimed it was our fault for not placing the table GPS order cube correctly on the table. I went there for lunch had big breakfast and Vienna coffee was good. The ambience and the atmosphere was really comfort me. I love the train seating there, so cool. I will be back again! The staff was amazing!
A great variety of seating options and things to see. We sat in a restored railway carriage that looks like it was from another era! You can also choose arm chairs, or small group tables as well. We had coffees and a snack but the meals are good from previous experience as well. Give it a try.
We chose Dome cafe Bassendean because there was easy parking. I wanted to try one of the cafe's in Guildford but parking is a nightmare!!!We had a party of 10 at Dome - and I paid for it all!!!! But the prices are mid range and the company was great so no complaints.We had people who ordered late breakfast through to wraps and toasties and coffee.Nice place, plenty of room, nice staff.
Needed to have some where to meet friends to chill and chat. The coffee, drinks and snacks were both timely and tasty.
