Birreria San Giorgio

My assessment is based solely on the pizza part, the only one I have tried. Excellent pizzas, really tasty dough and authentic and pronounced flavor, thanks to the use of flours not refined by ancient grains. Excellent digestibility guaranteed by the mother yeast. The pizza is thin and pronounced, but the latter is equally tasty given the goodness of the dough. The quality of the fillings reflects the general quality of the pizza, with seasonal ingredients (see first) and refined, well assorted and in just quantity. I only detect the current lack of menus of vegan pizzas, although the large and undisturbed availability of the owner to comply with any type of request in this sense. Surely one of the best pizzas tried in Bassano, but I would say that the merit can be extended far beyond this borders. Absolutely recommended

We spent a very pleasant evening; nice environment, online prices, very kind staff! : We were very happy with the experience, although the waiting times a little long for a fried, toast and a pizza, but for the rest we can say satisfied! The pizza taken by my boyfriend was delicious and the treat a real berry! Just a little salt was missing in the onion rings..

In the heart of Bassano, inside a beautiful residence with summer garden there is the brewery S.Giorgio. We had dinner with friends eating Pizza (subtle dough) and sandwiches/meat etc. Ingredients definitely above average. Interesting prices, the staff is very courteous, beautiful kitchen at sight.

I am a pizza lover and I am very critical in general. I must say that the pizza they make here has a light dough, the inflated edge but not too much, crispy outside but soft and airy inside. Excellent ingredients. Extremely digestible. Good beer. Fast and attentive service (precisely arriving not at a peak time i.e. Saturday, around 19.30). To definitely return.

Crunchy and soft pizza at the same time. Fantastic! Beautiful place and friendly staff. We'll be back.
