On my last trip to Italy people in the office were talking about Bauto so this time I decided to join the crowd. What a great place! We had quail eggs with truffle for starters and Fiorentina for main course (that’s what we came for anyway : . This was amazing! Will definitely be back. nice local, we ate well, the meat was good, well done, sin that the portions were a little bit scarce. the young educated girl, the lady, instead, incorrect attitude and quite pressing. And my fifth time I visit these pleasant and cozy bauto restaurants! , managed by a wonderful and kind couple, I must say that: every piato to his, in particular his wonderful meat, especially of excellent quality is who wants quality, pay with so much pleasure. This is the thing I look at, especially when the expectation was what I expected. a bauto restaurant, every time they give the best! the waiting time and always the right! It's when the chef has a passion for each one of his piats. everything goes in its time! because it is in its time the care goes, but above all the passion is that which comes of the excellent results that this is! a dinner and an unforgettable food. Excellence is dir little. we stayed there on Wednesday night and it was an exceptional discovery. spectacular lucia and renzo, both in the service and in the cooking of meat, two professionals of the trade. Just one thing I can say, thank you!
