Hungry Jack's - BASS HILL

The service was bad to forget the orders. On the ground there was an outgoing air conditioning system. Customers need to clump on available seats Not a great day for us But the takeaway was great

I have been here a few times after shopping and the service has not improved. The wait is quite long for a take away and I always check my order as things have been left out. A lot of times I have been told we...are out of this or that or there will be a wait on certain things. Not good enough.

Hungry Jacks is becoming a lost opportunity with poor service and mediocre product. This is a shame as the offering can be far superior to the Big M. Unfortunately the management seems to be indifferent to the needs of the customer a pity really!!

I am a fan of Hungry Jacks but there is always something wrong with your order, it's either the fries are cold or they have no salt.the Burgers are okay, customer service needs some improvement

Very disappointed to review that this place is terrible. Numerous mistakes with orders through drive through. Now only go inside to order and sadly the service is just as bad. Orders are never correct, staff are rude and lack attention to detail required to get...orders correct. Even though it is fast food a customer is entitled to get what they have ordered and paid for. I will not spend another cent there.
