Lettuce in the burgers are about a week old. Their helpful chat person on the online ordering system told me that it’s quite normal for this to happen and for lettuce to discolour on hot foot. Absolutely not! This was old brown manky lettuce. Whole meal went in the bin and £30 wasted

The order states free delivery and have never paid delivery before. Paid extra for late and cold.
