One visit we b... read more Good food and a small sheltered pavement area to sit outside and dine. Food and service exceptionally good. We visited on two occasions recently. One visit we both fish and chips with the usual trimmings mushy peas etc. Good tasty fish, though a processed cod portion. On our second visit one of us had a chicken salad, that was amazingly good particularly the marinated freshly cooked chicken chunks. It will be hard to beat the flavour. I had a taste and remain envious. My choice was Gammon Ham with chips, beens and egg. It was well presented, beautifully prepared and cooked to perfection. The staff are cooperative,jolly making you feel welcome. Visit and enjoy the service and that which is on offer, it will be well worthwhile. Enjoy.
