We utilized the online booking system, and our reservation was confirmed. However, it became clear that the restaurant was not informed of our reservation, as they told us upon our arrival that we did not have one. This communication issue needs to be resolved. We had a disappointing experience at Firejacks as they didn't receive our reservation made through OpenTable, which didn’t seem to be compatible with their PC system. This was not a great start to our visit. We found the prices to be quite high, especially since many extras come at an additional cost. While the food was decent, we didn't feel it justified the price. Additionally, the service was very slow. Overall, we won't be returning.

I've visited the restaurant twice, and both times, OpenTable didn't even contact Firejacks to confirm my reservation. There's really no point in reserving at all. I won't be using this app again.
Food(steak and burger) was over cooked and lacked flavour or seasoning. Kids Mac and Cheese contained cheese that was too strong for a child aged 8 and below
It was Mothers Day and the restaurant was clearly very busy. We still had great service and incredibly helpful staff despite the fact they were rushed off their feet. I love the very varied menu at this restaurant chain there's something for everyone.

Had no record of my booking when we arrived, luckily got seated
Best sharing platter that I've had. Steaks, burger and ribs were great too. The staff were really happy to help us choose from the large selection of sauces available and were polite and enthusiastic throughout.
Do not go here the food is disgusting, ordered a chicken burger and it was dry reheated small piece of chicken breast in a stale bun, and it was ready within 2 minutes of me ordering it!!! Worse than harvester I wouldn’t waste my money going here.
Service is excellent, warm and helpful. Staff seem genuinely interested in ensuring you're enjoying your visit. Kitchen a little less efficient with items missing from the dish and toppings not added but not bad enough to spoil the evening.
All round excellence!, welcoming and clean, great service, not to intrusive, well presented, fresh, tasty food. Wide variety of food and drinks. Ample portion sizes. Good value for money.
