It seems like someone should have noticed that the lettuce was off when the burger was being made. I was really disappointed by this experience, especially since we are encouraged to support local businesses.

As a chef with 12 years of experience, I was disappointed to find that the burgers were deep fried, making them hard to eat. Unfortunately, I was in a rush to pick up my children, so I couldn't return it. The staff were friendly, so no issues with the service. I believe that the problem lies with lack of proper training. I suggest investing in a solid top or grill for better results. I have visited this restaurant a few times and decided to try the burger for a change. I hope the management considers my feedback for the improvement of their business. Thank you.
