I asked for... read more I went to this restaurant and ordered the chilly chicken and methi malai tikka. The seating environment was uncomfortable as it was too hot inside. I asked for a pedestal fan but was told they didn't have one. The quality and quantity of the food was poor. The chilly chicken didn't have sesame oil and lacked Chinese flavor. I was disappointed with my experience and ended up having only half of my dinner at the garden resort. Ajooba has much better dishes. Even Iqbal Inn is a better option.

So in the middle of the bustling VIP road in zirakpur, you have dak bunglow.Its a beautiful private property which reminds one of the good old Dak Bunglows of t... read more So in the middle of the bustling VIP road in zirakpur, you have dak bunglow.Its a beautiful private property which reminds one of the good old Dak Bunglows of the erstwhile British era.the ambienceis amazingly english. it has outdoor swimming pool and its a bliss to sit in the winter sun along with the pool water and nice tunes playing.the interiors are typical red bricked with a fireplace giving one a feel of the cold britishers retreat.the food is good and the service satisfactory.an amazing place if u want to take that Special One for a date.good lush gardens are a bliss for small kids who would love to place in the open spaces.worth a visit and a nice time especially for a luncheon in the chills of city beautiful.

A house converted into restaurant. Different rooms and hall have tables. A very nice and cozy restaurant. Visit during the week and take a corner table to get good privacy. Have a good dinner. The food tasted good. Drinks were also good. One of my favorite restaurants in the tricity.

The restaurant is quite spacious with lots of greenery, a well-designed water feature, manicured lawns, and ample parking space. The building's design resembles an old dak bungalow, with a glass-covered air-conditioned verandah that offers a lovely view of the greenery and water feature. The furniture and layout are in the old style. The food quality was very good, though slightly on the expensive side, but the overall experience made it worthwhile. The staff was very polite and well-mannered, which added to our enjoyment. If you are planning a fun outing with friends, you can reserve a private area where you can have a great time without disturbing other guests who are enjoying their quiet meal.
