The service is quite poor and the staff does not pay attention to customers. The management at Sec 17 should address this issue and hire more experienced staff. Despite their great reputation, they are not living up to it at the Zirakpur location.

This time, it was their branch in Zirakpur (in a Mall - Next to Hotel Park Plaza on Ambala Highway). Restaurant offers North, South & Chinese food items. Food quality was very good. Sevice was a bit problematic due to lack of attendents. Sweets Section offers wide choice in sweets and namkin.Doda Burfi is one of the best choice to taste. Housekeeping is good.

They serve variety of items---meals, snacks, sweets etc. The rates of item were very high , portion small ---very less value for money and satisfaction level. As one have to buy/pay for items in advance and self service is there, it is very irritating. The rates should be justified and compliment the portion. We ordered for Bhtura-Channa and paneer dosa----very small size . Their competitors near by like--Bikanerwala, Gopalji are much better.

The restaurant is in a mall that has factory outlets and one can buy lots of decent stuff at low prices.
