Haldiram's - Basi

The ambience and the service was excellent. The chaat especially the Raj kachauri was really good. Chana bhatoora and the thali were excellent. Among the sweets Jalebi is the undisputed queen.

Good food, hygeinicaly served. But need some improvement at cash counters and behind the food service areas. At peak hours, specially evenings, the Paytm services are not accepted by the counters stating the servers are not responding. Also, the service personnel require behavioral trainings. Would suggest to keep the timings 24*7as the restaurant is at National highway and foot fall could be expected when someone finds it opened while travelling thru the highway. Haldiram's is a trusted and renowned name in food and snacks. Otherwise, Food is very good. Must stop food points while travelling to Chandigarh and other Adjoining areas like Solan, Simla, etc.

You ll Iove the drive to this place. And the food that Haldirams offers is the icing on the cake. Various options to choose from. Lovely ambience.

As always enroute to Narkanda from Delhi. We stopped here and tried Raj kachori

This is a good stop for a quick meal en route to Chandigarh/ shimla hills. The loos are very clean and well maintained , service in the restaurant is efficient.
