Urban Cafe - Chandigarh

There was a long hair strand when I first ordered. The manager and chef were nice and tried to compensate for it the next day. However, once again, I found the quality of the paneer butter masala dish disappointing. It not only had an unpleasant odor but also tasted as bad as it smelled. While I appreciate your attempt to make up for yesterday's mistake, I'm still disappointed. I couldn't stomach more than two bites and left the dish untouched. I'll be sharing this feedback on the Hyatt website. If you'd like, you can take the dish back to see for yourself. I don't want to jeopardize anyone's job, but food quality is non-negotiable, especially considering the prices we pay. The chef should address this issue promptly before more complaints arise. The Name is big but the food was not as expected. The service is good, atmosphere is cozy. The food need some improvement. If I compare buffet of JW marriot and hayatt urban cafe I'll say JW is far better. I want to visit again in UC Hayatt. I have only one suggestion the food can be more improved. Lovely ambience, with great service; we'd just stepped in for coffee so I can't comment on the food. The coffee was very average, and should have been better considering the Hyatt standard. The cookies on the side however, were pretty tasty. I'd definitely like to try the other options available at the hotel another time.
