What a fantastic little hidden gem! The ambiance is amazing, and if you're looking for a nice escape from the hustle and bustle, this is definitely the place to be. The dining experience was delightful, complemented by a great wine selection and friendly staff. The decor is charming and cozy. The room was small but featured a lovely walk-in shower. Unfortunately, there were dirty marks on the walls next to the bed. The check-in process felt unwelcoming, especially since there was minimal lighting due to the pub being closed. That is a jewel embedded in the beauty of the ribble valley. the red pump is a beautiful pub and restaurant located in the possession of jonathan and fran, it is wam, secret and welcoming. the staff is good to train and each room is nicely ordered, but my top recommendation here is their menu and especially their steaks, from a local farm and cooked to perfection.
Recommended to me by my uncle and hands down one of the best steaks I have had in a long time and also there is a great atmosphere, very friendly staff, I would highly recommend this place to everyone
The best food I've eaten for a very long time. Everything on the plate was a taste bud sensation. Excellent service from all staff. I will be back...with more friends...spreading the word.
Had our wedding meal here which was delicious on Friday and hired all the rooms for family. Fran and Jonathan can't do enough for you and the staff are so lovely. The Atmosphere here is great. Not enough words to say how thankful we are to you all for making our day perfect! And will pop in regularly for a steak. Thankyou !!
I almost don’t want to tell you what a gem this place is.... have just spent a great two nights here with friends, very comfortable accommodation, great welcome from Jonathan, Fran and the bar/waiting staff.... food and location fabulous.... the dogs in our party made very welcome. Walks locally are great, we still have more to explore so will be back : Thanks for a great weekend guys!
