We used the walk-up window twice and encountered friendly servers (much friendlier than in the USA) and very fast and accurate service. The food was hot and the order was correct. I don't know how you can go crazy for this food chain that I hadn't set foot for over 40 years since I had small children but our salads didn't know anything about chicken croquettes were on average .for me money thrown away .if we had entered first in the supermarket beside instead of having lunch here waiting for a train (before out of the basile station ) we will surely be ready to more the dishes. Friendly staff and great tea! It's right outside of the station so it's good for when you just arrived in Basel or are leaving soon.
