Cooking is forbidden in this restaurant (no deduction, but guests are still served cordon bleu, cheese fondue, chicken, French fries, etc. Goods types is a rarity, no receipt is given when collecting, the price is requested orally or written down on a block... I worked in the hospitality industry for many years, something like this was never possible!!! It 's a shame that the host patent is abolished, no wonder Swiss gastronomy isn 't doing well (anymore . Delicious, the landlord and his waitress are promoting their own restaurant!!!
