What User likes about Sonic Drive-in:
I'm not sure if there's new management at this restaurant in Basehor, but my last two experiences were fantastic. The burgers were hot and fresh, the fries were also hot and crispy. They got our orders right and even served us promptly at 9 a.m., which is rare. Hopefully they can maintain this level of service because we've had issues with this place in the past and haven't been back in a while. Here's hoping they ke... View all feedback. I sang today. most of the stands computer are down (it was like this for a month, but more are down today. at least 50% of them). decided to go through the drive thru, sat there for a few minutes until someone welcomed me over the counterspeak facility. she asked me if I was on the car thru or on a stall I thought was strange. I had to repeat my order several times. she seemed very confused (all I asked was for one View all feedback.

The food and service are consistently excellent, but the order screens are frustratingly difficult to use. Please consider replacing or fixing them.
