Never a bad experience except once. Probably an off day. We always get the Poyo Delicioso and Poyo Mazatlan. Any of the Poyo dishes are excellent. The chips and salsa plus queso are always on point. Sometimes salsa is more spicy than other times. Too bad they did away with the guacamole dip when guacamoles started getting pricey. Do yourself a favor and get the charro beans with your meal. If they made this as a meal it would be welcoming.

I think their Tortuga is one of the best I 've had, with fajita beef. Unfortunately I didn 't get to finish it as my oldest granddaughter traded her chicken enchiladas for it. Attentive waitress, very friendly. They will sing for your birthday.

I particularly like that they serve Molè at this restaurant, being a big fan of it. Not all Mexican restaurants do.
