We lo... read more Usually my online orders from Simple Simon's are delivered by the desired time and correctly. However, tonight I decided to go inside and place the order. We looked online and saw the specials for the Family Feast. We ordered the Family Feast and waited 30 minutes. We went back inside and saw that it was ready, however there were no breadsticks. I explained that I ordered the Family Feast but the cashier messed up and not only typed in the amount of cash given to her incorrectly but also failed to write down that order specifically and give us a receipt. After 5 minutes we were informed that we could pay the rest of the 4 dollars for it and receive our breadsticks but wait an additional 15 minutes. Why couldn't the cashier be more attentive and correctly write down what we ordered so that we didn't have to be in this predicament? Fortunately we have two pizzas but I am personally displeased since I waited for what I thought was going to be a correct order. Also the cashier was there that messed up the order and couldn't recognize me since I initially went in with a mask and the second time walked in without one. Such a shame she couldn't take responsibility for her actions.

Amazing pizza, happy and well cared for employees, order always correct and most importan... read more Before it was bought out we loved simple Simon's Pizza and came often. Amazing pizza, happy and well cared for employees, order always correct and most importantly fair and decent prices. More expensive than domino's but nothing super insane. We just gotpizza here 2 nights ago and I was shocked by how bad things are. The employee said the AC was out and it was nearly 90 degreesinside even though she had the thermostat at 67. Our order was wrong, we ordered a regular crust cheese pizza and got a thincrust. Needless to say our kids weren't enthused. To top it all off it was $17 for one pizza. So long to the one topping pizzadeal that simple Simon's always had for 10.99. I called and told them they got our order wrong and there was no offer to make itright. We won't be back.

The quality of the pizza has change and also seems like they are eliminating a lot of items that were small but enjoyable (no cucumbers in salads, no cream cheese on desert pizza) alsoeliminating sizes? No more small breadsticks. Looks like I'll be on the hunt for a new pizza place for my family to frequent.
