It was one the best nights I had in Basco because of Phil's Brew's coffee, fruit cake and mamon! Yummy pastries and great coffee, indeed! Thank you Tita Imee for your very warm accommodation. I loveeeeee Phil's Brew and will definitely recommend to friends. More power! :D

Highly recommended itong Phil's brew! But it's closed during rainy seasons daw (July to Nov). Sinwerte lang kami ngayong July na naabutan namin sya mag open dahil same kmi ng flight (July 3) kaya cancelled din flight ni Ate Aimee. Lol kaya everyday na stranded kami sa Batanes, after pumunta sa airport at mag chance passenger, pumupunta kami dito evey 5:30 pm to relax and just drink her specialty coffee and iba't ibang dessert na bine-bake nia. Thanks sa 2 days na pagbusog mo samin at pag-alis ng stress namin dahil sa cancelled flights namin ate! See you again soon

A place to be in Batanes for comfort and coffee in between discoveries in Basco:

Thanks to Ate Aimee, a superwoman, a jack of all trades. You know what? She runs the business and do the maintenance of the place and she served our orders with a smile. I love the taste of her own version of 48 hour baked lemon square bar and of course the native tea of the town, Tubho. Oh yeah, who can deny her awesome preference in music? Fitting to a cold rainy weather. Fact: 1) Phil is his father and Ate Aimee continued what his father started. 2) Ate Aimee worked in Mindanao (too many places to mention) before she embraced running Phil's Brew. 3) Her store is closed during rainy season July to November and Christmas to New year season 3rd week of December to Januray, she'll open it again by February to June. Dios Mamajes Ate Aimee, if the Lord permits, please offer Dukayo and Chocolate, I'll grab it for sure
