Great view good cool drinks. The location is fantastic, the lake, the breeze and just relax. Splendid. In particular, because the shore is otherwise not so easy to walk on. The gin and tonic was tasty, but quite small. I did like the very small amount of ice in the gin though. The beer was also good. Mit Discolicht Lautsprecher mit grosse Lsutstärke , Englische Musik, Wollte mich bei Wein und Nidelekuchen das schöne Panorama am See Geniessen, Was zum Teufel ist das für Disco, Hier Nie mehr Das Zieht einem den letzten Nerv aus den Schuhen, Als nächstes Brasilianer Frauen und Samba auf den Tischen, Früher schön und Gemütlich ,Heute zum Kotzen.
A charming hotel restaurant. There seem to be four main public areas. There is a main area tastefully colour coordinated with a great view through the glass doors to the terrace and the lake beyond. An enclosed dining room ensures peaceful dining and there is a hall upstairs for large groups. The staff were friendly and attentive without being obtrusive and the food was delicious (large portions too! The premises are accessible by road or by water with a jetty landing spot about 100 metres away. UPDATE. I attended a double birthday party with around fifty guests. Our waiting staff were very efficient and (most importantly friendly and smiling. I recommend this location. We said that we would go for an aperitif down by the lake and then be back on time. Unfortunately, back in the restaurant there was only one free table at the edge facing a wall. Horrified by the unbelievable situation, we left the restaurant and, luckily for us, still spent a wonderful evening in the excellent restaurant WERFT in Faoug.
I just went to the restaurant with my family. Food was great, place is pleasant (it was summer). And staff is super nice. I do recommend.
