My two daughters and I were seated right away but then completely ign... read more AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This was the worst dining experience I've ever encountered. My two daughters and I were seated right away but then completely ignored. At that point, there were more staff members than customers, and our group accounted for half of the patrons. After waiting for 15 minutes without anyone even introducing themselves or taking our drink order, I decided to set a timer for 5 minutes. When it went off, I stood up to leave with my girls, and the waitress behind the bar had the audacity to loudly ask where we were going. Well, I don’t know—maybe to find some food and drinks since it was clear this restaurant had no interest in serving us. I strongly urge you to steer clear of this place. It is dirty, it has a terrible smell, and the staff is rude and unresponsive.

I asked a server about soft serve, and she confirmed they had it and was willing to find a way to charge us, as my wife really wanted some. We chose this location after discovering the soft serve machine at Burger King was broken. However, the manager reacted very negatively to the server's effort to help us, saying, "We don't do that!" as if adjusting prices was impossible. I even suggested charging us for a milkshake without blending it, but the manager still refused rudely. The manager was an older, short white woman. This behavior is unacceptable towards both staff and customers. This occurred on Monday, October 24, 2022, at 7:30 PM.

Overall, the IHOP menu did not meet our expectations, making it a very disappointing experience.
