From the moment we arrived, something felt off—half the seats were empty, and the host was slouched over, distracted on his phone. We asked for a table in the corner but were told that area was closed, so we were seated by the bar, which wasn't ideal with a baby around loud patrons. Our server took our order but came back asking us to repeat it since he hadn’t written anything down. After waiting about 20 minutes, only our drinks arrived. Frustrated, we canceled our entire order, paid the bill, and left. The place seemed disorganized, almost like it was run by inexperienced staff, and I wonder how they stay in business. This was my third and final visit. I usually enjoy Chili's and its menu, but the management and most of the staff here clearly need improvement. Before anyone mentions staffing shortages, we went to another nearby chain restaurant and were seated immediately with great service and delicious food. If that restaurant is fully staffed, why isn’t this Chili's? There’s clearly an issue here, and I hold the management responsible.

They treated me with so much love and respect. Anthony took his time helping me with my order; he was so sweet and patient. I truly appreciated him. The management and her daughter were also wonderful—everyone was fantastic. A special thank you to Michelle, who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and had everything I needed for me and my family. She was truly a beautiful person. I loved the staff and the food. Every time I visit PA, I will definitely stop by this Chili’s. Thank you to everyone there!

This year was particularly special since... read more We decided to celebrate the birthday girl’s special day at Chili’s, as it's a tradition for us to dine there annually. This year was particularly special since she just turned 21. However, our experience was disappointing. After being seated, we waited a long time to place our drink and appetizer orders. When we finally got a server’s attention, our order was taken, but then we found ourselves waiting even longer. Eventually, we were told that our order had not been sent to the kitchen at all. By the time our food arrived, half of our orders were incorrect, and the rest were overcooked. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to Chili's to celebrate again.

Our main courses also arrived quickly. Our server, Amanda, was outstanding. The only downside was that the bathrooms need a thorough cleaning as soon as possible.
