(note that 20% was already in... read more Ordered food for delivery. It took over an hour to recieve the order and once it showed up the driver asked for an additional tip! (note that 20% was already included plus a $4.99 delivery charge). We ordered a parmesan sandwich and an angel hair pomodoro. The sanwhich had chicken that was totally fried and dry as a bone and absolutely no sauce. The pasta also had little or no sauce. If you are smart you should stay away from this place. Luckily there are other options in Bartlett like the Bosses Signature and Pasta Mia that you can get real italian food that you can actually eat.

Kid-friendliness: Kids could spread the sauce and the cheese on the pizza dough. Then it was taken back to the kitchen extra ingredients if needed)were added, then it was cooked for the kids.

Despite several attempts to give them another chance, they have consistently disappointed me.... read more Moretti’s has had an absolute disaster of service this past year. Despite several attempts to give them another chance, they have consistently disappointed me. Their customer service, recognition of poor food quality, and commitment to refunds have all fallen short. My husband and I have ordered takeout at least four times, and each time our pizzas were either incorrect or completely burnt. Most recently, we ordered four pizzas, wings, and fries. The gluten-free pizza arrived completely burnt, so we drove back to show them and request a replacement.

I collaborated with Isabel fo... read more Fantastic job by Isabel and her amazing team! We held our rehearsal dinner there last Friday, and it was an incredible experience! I collaborated with Isabel for about a week to finalize the menu options and discuss choices for the open bar, cash bar, and individual drinks. We also coordinated the colors for the napkins and decorations. They did a stunning job decorating the space. Each table had lovely centerpieces, and the dessert table was beautifully arranged too. The staff was attentive and incredibly friendly. They provided everything we needed, including high chairs for the kids. Highly recommend!

Isabel was a joy to work with. Her attention to detail and prompt responses helped keep me calm throughout the planning process. She was there on the day of the events, assisting with the setup to ensure everything was flawless. The food we chose was both delicious and abundant. The events went wonderfully, and I highly recommend hosting your next gathering there. Many thanks to Isabel, Ryan, and Juliet!

The food was delicious, and Isabel and her team were incredibly accommodating. Isabel assisted me in ordering the appropriate amount of food, ensuring that not only my guests, but also my vendors had plenty to eat. We even had some leftovers to enjoy afterwards! Moretti's helped make my dream of having deep dish pizza at my wedding come true, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out.

It took a long time to receive all of our drinks, and two out of the four appetizers arrived after our three pizzas were already served. I typically try to be understanding, but this experience was unacceptable. A manager did not even apologize for the poor service. The amount of money we spent that night did not match the level of service we received. On a positive note, the pizza was tasty.

The front door is not functioning properly and the floor is worn in places. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed, but the service time was adequate. My wife's $7 cup of soup was lukewarm, but her eggplant dish was tasty. My daily special, risotto with seafood and asparagus, was disappointing as the risotto was overly starchy. The flavored tea was served in a chipped cup and lacked flavor. The replacement Pepsi was fine. There were no table bussers, as the waitresses were also handling pizza orders. The restaurant adds a surcharge to every bill for government regulations on dine-in meals. Overall, I can only give this restaurant a 1-star review based on my experience.

We’d put on the reservation we were celebrating a birthday and there was no acknowledgment of this. Service was very slow and rarely did anyone check on our table. Never offered drink refills, came by at the end with boxes and didn’t ask if we wanted dessert, so we paid our meal and left. If this had been our first visit, I don’t think I’d return. High prices for sub-par service.

Was seated at bar and received top shelf service and was pleasantly surprised on the warm hospitality and up beat personality of Edwin who was tending bar. A lot of laughs , great service and pizza did not disappoint. I will attempt to visit this location more often.
