Little Caesars Pizza - Bartlett

I havent even opened my pizza yet to see the quality but the woman who rang us up (the reciept says debbie) was absolutely the most pleasant person i have met in a good minute. Thanks for the awesome service maam!

Order a Hot&Ready... Time said 20 minutes.When I got there, had issues with order.Got home ready to enjoy, and NOPEThe Pizza was not hot, and looked like it sat there for hours! Will NEVER go back to this ?? aging!

Great service. The lady at the cash register is very professional. A rude customer came there wanting her pizza ready before everyone else, even though her time was for 3pm it was 2:30. The lady at the register remained calm to that rude customer, even when she was yelling at her.I had to cover my child’s ears. I felt so bad for her bc she was being yelled at over something that’s not her fault. I’m very impressed of how she handled the situation told her that I appreciate her service. That lady handle that situation so gracefully. I wish I knew her name. That customer should be ashamed of herself for how she treated that poor woman.

They need to change their store hours on the app because apparently they like to close early.

Very Slow!I ordered online with a 30 minute wait. I knew I should wait for the email ready notification and tried to do that but after an hour I ended up calling to check on my order. I was told it was ready and after the call I received the email.When I arrived, my order was not ready and I had to wait 13-15min for the last item.This is a similar experience to the last time I used this location in spring of '22.I recommend spending a little more money and ho to another company.
