I think this will be my restaurant of choice for lunch from here on out. I actually forgot my wallet and was about to cancel my order, but the manager staff insisted they take care of it. It really meant a lot to me and I can't thank them enough. The sandwich was delicious to top it off. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lennys Grill Subs:
Food is awesome and the Philly cheese steak is to die for . However after pulling a long black hair out of your half eaten sandwich I'm giving a star. They did replace my sandwich and apologized so that was cool. View all feedback.
This isn't my favorite location, but it's convenient for pick-up. Unfortunately, it's often not very clean, with dirty floors and tables. The staff isn't particularly friendly, but they aren't rude either; they just seem a bit worn out. Generally, the food is quite good, though I did have one unusual experience where my sandwich had very little meat. However, today was a pleasant surprise—the service was prompt, and the food was excellent.
Shrinkflation has hit hard. Small portion, high price. I paid entree prices for what turned out to be an overpriced side salad. This was my last visit. This place used to be great. The decline started when they changed from Lenny's Sub Shop. Disappointing.
I ordered the grilled chicken Philly, and it was as enjoyable as always. There are only a few places where I’ll buy takeout these days, and this is one of them, along with the hot wing place and Cozy Corner BBQ.
I have only ordered from Lenny's twice in my life. The first time, the food was great and the service was wonderful. However, during my second visit on June 25th, I ordered online and arrived at 1:15 PM for pickup. My Philly cheesesteak was ready at that time, but my cold cut sandwich was not. I ended up waiting until 1:40 PM to receive my food. By the time they handed me my Philly cheesesteak after sitting there for 30 minutes, it was cold and the bread was incredibly soggy. I will never return to this location. I'm very disappointed, as I could get the same service at Subway for a lot less.
It took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches to-go, without a lunch rush existing. The hot Italian in particular came out soggy and bland. At $10 for a 7.5 sammy, Lenny's is overpriced for poor quality. It says something when the likes of Subway could be an improvement.
