We requested two roo... read more My family visited KFC for lunch after church on Sunday and placed a straightforward order for four famous bowl meals, which include drinks. We requested two root beers, one Pepsi, and one Dr. Pepper. However, they mistakenly charged us for two root beers and two Pepsis, and when we received our order, it contained two Pepsis and two Dr. Peppers instead. I generally like KFC and their famous bowl, but this time it was only slightly over half full, and the chicken appeared to have been sitting in the warmer for too long—it was dry and lacked flavor. The mashed potatoes were okay, but there was hardly any cheese, and it seemed like they just threw on some cold cheese at the last minute instead of allowing it to melt. This isn’t the first disappointing experience I’ve had at this location, so I recommend looking for another KFC if you’re craving their food.

It was the best customer experience I've had in quite some time, and it surprised me in the best way. Her positive attitude really brightened my evening. You should definitely keep employees like her; exceptional customer service is rare to find!

I visited the drive-thru for a quick lunch break and had one of the friendliest interactions with the gentleman at the window, who had lovely eyes—his name was Christopher, according to my receipt. My food was delicious, and it was served to me very quickly!

Half the time they don't have Original Recipe. The lady working the drive-through now is FANTASTIC. She is polite and helpful everytime we visit. I cannot post enough nice things about this woman. If you are older and can't see themenu, just tell her and she will help. I often read from a list on my phone because I don't eat chicken (pick-up for family). Myneighbors and family have even commented about how great the current lady is at her job. The drive-through lady prior to thislady was a nightmare. One star deducted because we often have to leave without food because they are out of Original.

I asked nicely for just my wife 's order and torefund mine as I just left an event where I was in my service dress blues with all my awards from the three wars I served in.The manager, he wouldn 't give me his name, said, I don 't have time for your complaints, get the hell out of my store. I nevercussed or raised my voice and I was treated like trash. If you support veterans, please find another store to go to as thisstore clearly doesn 't care about veterans. I will follow up with corporate.
