Hampton Inn Suites Memphis-wolfchase Galleria

We are as family of 4. the location is safe, rooms in excellent shape and clean, and all staff were friendly, from reception to breakfast bar to housekeeping. the breakfast offered a lot of options and everything was fresh.

We stayed on the new years vacation and I ended up leaving my kisses there. not only an old kiss, though a kiss that my mother gave me over 20 years ago. Well, I was devastated to find out that I left it there and once I called the hotel, they immediately contacted the home economy to see if they had come over it. they had that! Long story short they sent it to me through the post and I got it today. they don't even know how much it means to me. the personal is also great. thanks christina, corey ira. also I will say that we chose this place based on the wonderful reviews. we wanted to stay in memphis, but many of the reviews said that the hotels did not seem safe. on the trip with two young children the security is first place. we also traveled with the 40-foot trailer and were able to lift and leave the trailer on the parking lot, without it being stolen, as every area of the hotel had outside cameras. the prescription woman showed me. in any case a great recommendation. they will not be disappointed.

I stay in some hotels as I travel for work. this was a very well known and beautiful representation of a hampton inn. the staff was extremely helpful. stay here in any case at future visits. excellent facilities as well as gym, swimming pool and outdoor seating

We were here because of the icestorm in the memphis in februar 2022. we had a good time getting a suite. it was perfect and transformed a somewhat miserable time into a much better one. the staff was great, as the room's condition. highly recommended. also there are many restaurants and shops close to and quite easy access to the Interstate 40 for outside the city.

We stayed here on our way to another destination. Was a good choice at the price we paid. Front desk gave good service, hotel is fairly clean and well kept/updated, room was clean, in good order and comfy. We would definitely stay here again!
