I go there a lot, but on April 17,2022, I really wanted some Chocolate Fudge ice cream and when she handed it to me I noticed it looked like regular chocolate ice cream. I made a remark that it wasn’t dark and the girl just ignored me. I paid $7 for my sister and I and went ahead and ate it. Customer service is getting worse every time we visit. Quality is not what it used to be. Ice not so cold, literally 6 min away and pots are melted before we make it home. Banana splits are basically a melted milkshake in less than 6 minutes. They seem to stop caramel and hot fudge warm a few hours before closing. Banana splits are basically a melted milkshake in under 6 minutes. They seem to stop warming caramel and hot fudge a couple of hours before closing. I’ve been frequenting this location, Bartlett on Stage Rd for over 12 yearsand it seems to be getting more run down each time. No longer a satisfied customer and will be going somewhere else from now on.
Service was great. Great selection. Ice cream was delicious. Only four stars bc the ice cream was a little TOO cold.

The customer service was excellent! My only complaint is that I wish the blades were a bit larger.
Thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday, I received a $5.00 gift, and I decided to try a two-scoops cup. I chose Praline and Cream as well as Jamoca Almond Fudge. I liked both flavors, but I think I’ve found a new favorite—the chocolate and cream is absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be returning!
