The service was a bit slow, but still alright. Most importantly, our order was correct! We'll definitely be back.

But what made the experience even better was the staff member who took my order. He informed me that my food would take a few extra minutes because he was preparing fresh fries, ensuring they would be hot and delicious. As many of you know, fries are a sensitive subject for me; I often end up throwing away more than I eat when ordering from drive-thrus. However, he really made my day! Thank you, Arby's in Bartlett!
