Wagyu burger is okay but not as good as advertised. Curly fries were darker than usual and had a bitter, burnt taste. Floor had food and trash in the dining areaFood: 2/5
Online order confirmed at window, no onion on burger,waited 10 more n. At window only to recieve burger with onions.Called multiple times,no answer at all.Called customer service and was told to take it back or eat it.

I was at the location in Bartlett. I ordered the beef gyro and it was oh so good!! But best part was the gentleman who took my order. He told me my order was going to take a few minutes because he was dropping fresh fries so they were good and hot! Now you all know that fries are a sensitive subject for me. Most of the times you ordered through the drive thru and the are . I have thrown more away than I have eaten; however, he has made my day!! Thank you Arby's in Bartlett!!
The food was good. We had to go through the drive through and it was busy but the staff got the order out much faster than I expected. Wish the dinning room was open.
