Sterlings Grille - Feedback

Excellent food and drinks! I had a really good steak! Went early, but still was still asked to make a reservation even though they were not busy.

Disappointed in quality, strip steak was 1/3 fat and grizzle. Had good flavor though. Sweet potato was the smallest potato I've ever seen.
