Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

The food is decent, but Braum's locations are known for being quite dirty. Unfortunately, this one is perhaps the worst of all. The tables are rarely cleaned, there's often trash and food on the floor, and it's constantly swarming with flies. I hope Braum's can improve this.

This restaurant is extremely dirty! There was food scattered all over the dining room floor, and every table had sticky surfaces and crumbs. The bathrooms were terrible, lacking both toilet paper and soap in the women's restroom. Despite only two cars in the drive-thru and maybe six customers inside, there were plenty of employees behind the counter, with all but one just standing around. As a restaurant general manager, I believe that if you have time to lean, you have time to clean. However, I do want to commend Jeremy, who I estimate is about 16 years old. He was friendly, provided excellent customer service, and was actively cleaning for the duration of my visit. The adults could learn a thing or two from him!

Clean. It's the best place to get ice cream. Good produce. I get my milk from here. The staff are friendly.

Braums, an Oklahoma/ south Kansas traditional take similar to Culver's or Freddy's. They have very generous portions.
