I'm updating my review now that I have better internet connection. I got the fajitas (beef and chicken) and let me tell y'all something; that was to die for. The meat was so moist and tender, the peppers and onions were cooked to perfection and the tortillas were so soft. What Bright Eye doesn't like about Monterey's Little Mexico:
DO NOT GO HERE. The AC was leaking into the dining area so I assumed there is mold build up. I took 2 bites of my food and immediately felt sick to my stomach. The fajita meat was extremely salty and their bean chili looks canned and unappetizing. The booth we were sat at was small for the 5 people in my family and low quality as well. This used to be our favorite, however something has changed with the ground beef in the tacos and burritos. It is very bland and priced high.

Further into the meal I found a peice of chicken in my fajita meat burrito. All of us walked away with upset stomachs and more of a dent in in the bank then we would ever care for. Be warned.
Affordable and sooo good! The stuffed avocado is my favorite, but it's all good.

The salsa is cellular good. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with rice and beans. It was good, not great. No cheese on the beans, which adds flavor. Nothing stood out. Parking: Plenty of space, I think even room for big trucks.
