Very good environment, I would say wonderful, lousy customer service, lack of experience of waiters and managers. A lot of pilgrims, and overcrowding, and it is where there is a lack of personnel with experience in hospitality. Not all of us are pilgrims or sandwich customers, and the prices are not consistent with the product offered or the service received.

We were second on the list and there were already people eating so we accepted. They called us at 3:30 p.m. While we saw people come in and sit down, even a person who, after signing us up, had asked me if there was a place to eat and I told him that they were signing people up in this place; how was he sitting when we arrived??? The best is missing... it certainly hadn't happened to me in my life; When we sat down, we ordered the drinks and after a while seeing that they didn't take our food notes, we told them that we could tell them and they told us that we have to wait to order the food, that logically the reservations are first!!! ! We're leaving at 3:45 p.m.... In the end, around 4:00 p.m., we ordered something to eat!!! With this attention we only ordered tortilla and croquettes.....we were with two children and all we wanted was for them to eat something and get out of there... They must be overcrowded because there was not the slightest interest or apologies for the wait or anything at all... when I went with children I did not want to tell them anything either so as not to create a mess. I suppose that the business will do very well for that reason they must have more than enough. Of course, they took away my desire to eat before trying the food, they lost me ordering a portion or dessert... I think something is wrong... there you guys organize and attend to your business.

The food only made things better with a very good quality. The staff very friendly. In short, the site ended up catching us leaving a very good taste in our mouths. I recommend it.
