Dunkin' - Barrington

Horrible customer service! Drinks were made incorrectly. Not sanitary. Rude atmosphere. I absolutely do not recommend and will never return. Warren and Swansea Dunkin’ are far superior!

On 4/6/21, I purchased, in cash, a $30 gift card for a friend who had done my wife a favor. He returned the card to us stating that there was no balance at all on the card. I returned to this Dunkin' D store this evening. When I told the clerk, Maya, my story and presented her with card and the receipt, she verified that it, indeed, was an unused new gift card and had no balance on it but that there was nothing that she could do to help me. She did offer me a free drink instead. I asked for her supervisor but was told she was not there on site and could not be reached because of a health issue She told me she was powerless to do anything and told me to call back tomorrow and speak with a different supervisor in charge at that time, either Natalie or Sonia, neither of whom, apparently, were the unavailable supervisor, in absentia, tonight. Waited 20 minutes for curbside pickup. Received cold hash browns and warm Iced coffee.

Everything was sanitary, they took covid very seriously. The cashiers were very kind, cheerful, and served me and my friend with a smile.
