I see all these bad reviews, I've been here for years. Never had a bad experience. From someone who worked at the restaurant for 5 years, they are always on their game. Half the time that made my order wrong is when the customer gave the wrong order
In the Barrington Store tonight, on a Friday during a dinner rush (and for the rest of the shift, I am sure), this very friendly, patient and amazing man worked alone (I unfortunately did not get his name). No employees with him. The line went through the door. The phone rings. People waited for their food to be cooked. And not ONCE, this Lord did everything to show that he was upset, too busy or overwhelmed. He greeted everyone when they came in, made 3-4 different orders at once, cashed people with a smile and ALWAYS answered the phone in front of the second ring (what happened A LOT in the short 30 minutes we were there to eat). At one point, 4-5 customers at once told him that they understand the waiting and do not understand how any manager ONE employee can leave on a Friday night. A good manager would have been there; That wasn't okay. To the female who entered her Shaw uniform during the rush and ran to the back to get your paycheck and back out of the door, the ENTIRE restaurant heard you laugh when you left the shop that spoke to someone else: "Did you see his face?" If he thought for a second he had help, what's funny about it? Sit in his shoes. Let's see how you treat yourself. Thank you for this young man. Although I don't know your name, I know that the way you treated yourself tonight was not professional and we thank you is NOT enough. I hope the world gives you good karma and D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches realizes the type of employees they have in you. We hope your night will be better. And that you get the recognition you deserve. Thank you. This young man is a million today. Do you ever have 10 people over the switch you make sandwiches, answer the phone, people from cash and STILL do everything so polite and quiet? That's bad, D’Angelos. And just like you lose a very valuable employee. Five stars for him. Please give him recognition.
Quick, quick, friendly. Korean BBQ Sand, this is the way to go safe. I always throw a whore cake. Not the healthiest option. But usually delicious.
Never had any problems with the service. I often order this place for me and several employees and never experienced problems. One of the places in the area.
Great group of employees at this location. Food is great and always ready in a good timely manner!!
