Chillz Lounge - Barrie

Says open on their site and everything else but was closed when I arrived.

Ordered two mixed berry crepes and they didn’t match the photo of the menu. Both crepes were missing the cream cheese spread that goes into the crepes. They were very dry without it! The sliced strawberries tasted like onions. Probably didn’t clean the cutting board or knife. The service was also subpar. When I voiced my opinion and comments to the server, she was rude and argumentative. The customer is always right. Number one rule. Also, wasn’t given cutlery at the table. How is someone supposed to stir their tea or coffee without a spoon? Disappointed! Will not be returning back!

We ate here today during winterfest and it was delicious!! We’ve eaten here a few times and loved it but today we ordered 3 different crepes and shared them and loved all 3. All 3 of us chose the mixed berry as our favourite, the berries were so fresh!! We also had the caramelized banana and fruitella crepes. All were delicious. We had coffee to warm us up and that was good too. The Chillz lounge is really cool inside and has a really good vibe. The man who I believe to be the owner is really nice and friendly. If you’re hungry for a nice dessert this is definitely a place to go! I’ve also had the fruit and marshmallow etc chocolate fondue and loved it.

Good location, Cute place. But, smelled badly of sewage and air fresheners when we walked in. Turned us off of eating. Also, they didn’t have crepes. Waitress was sweet. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
