I was delighted to discover that a large pub in Barrie offers a complete vegan menu. The atmosphere was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed my burger and apple salad. However, we were disappointed with the Asian dishes, especially the pad Thai and the Asian bowl, which we found to be lacking. We would definitely return if we're in the area, but we would steer clear of the Asian-inspired options. View all feedback.
What Hector Orn doesn't like about Beertown Public House:
I’m not sure if the staff was a bit inexperienced tonight, but my daughter, who has celiac disease, has been quite ill since eating here an hour and a half ago. She feels very unwell. The staff seemed knowledgeable and she felt confident about eating here, but now she is suffering. I hope this doesn't mark the end of her dining out experience, but I fear she may not feel safe eating here again. View all feedback.
Pleased to see such a variety of vegan options. Everything vegan is very clearly labeled and the flavours/texture of the “chicken” is spot on.
Ordered fries, a Pad Thai bowl and tacos, all vegan. And topped it off with a delicious vegan Caesar drink. I loved it all and was very impressed with their plant-based menu. I highly recommend this place for vegans, just make sure the items on the menu have the 'V ' beside them. The service was amazing as well, 10/10.
I tried it for the first time when patios opened. The Faux Tacos were super yummy.
I was pleasantly surprised to see a sports bar with a vegan menu. How exciting! Great atmosphere good to come watch a game with friends, and have some eating. The place was really busy and had a fun buzz. I had the chicken tacos and rosemary flakes with truffle sauce absolutely delicious. You also have an extensive beer menu and tasting palettes.
Please see such a variety of vegan options. All vegan is very clear and the flavors/textur of the chicken is on site.
