The KFC in Barrhead is known for serving franchise approved KFC food which is great if you have a craving for it. However, it is important to check your order as there have been instances where orders were not correct. The staff are quick to fix any errors though. Despite some hiccups with orders taking longer than expected, the staff have always been friendly and the food has consistently been good. The restaurant and bathrooms are clean, and using coupons can make for a great deal. Special mention was given to employee Hailey for her exceptional service.

Was DragonChasing at KFC a mag?
Have been stopping here a couple times a week for the past 3+ months. Staff have always been super friendly and food is up fast. Food has always been great and hot except one time I was there at about 4ish and it wasn't as hot, still good. Never had a mistake on an order but I just get simple combos. What alienagent dislikes about KFC:
These clowns had no gravy on Friday night, which meant no chips and gravy for the kids. Since there are others joints we stopped for pizza and rings; maybe next time. View all feedback.

Wow! 20 minutes to get some fast food! No apology at all, not even any eye contact, and to top it off they forgot our sauce and my son's cookie. Our food was cold too. We were in a hurry, just passing through town so it was really frustrating. Pinchu really needs a lesson in customer service.

Staff preferred to gossip about Owner rather than serve us. Staff are unhappy and it shows in the quality of their service and food.

The KFC in Barrhead serves franchise approved KFC food - it's good if you have a craving for it! :) Make sure that you check your order when you get it though. A few times I've ordered pick up and my order was not correct. When errors are found, the staff are quick to fix the problem, though!
