Dunkin' - Barre

The old lady at the window early mornings is rude. I go here at least 3 times a week and every time I feel that I am begging instead of being a purchasing customer. Such shame! Going there again tomorrow and will post her NAME. She needs to stop.

Fast, friendly service, and I?ve never gotten an order with a mistake. Very clean store too.

I asked for almond milk in my iced latte and it very clearly is milk or cream. I asked the worker if it was almond milk and she told me it was. It doesn?t even have almond milk on the ticket. I am lactose intolerant and can?t have milk or cream. I took twosips of it and my stomach already hurts. The past 3 times that I?ve gone to this store they have put milk in my coffee and Ican?t drink it. It?s incredibly frustrating and I just wasted almost 5$ on something that I can?t drink and has made me sick. Iwould give 0 stars if it allowed me too.

Had friend with me who had difficulty getting out of car and into store while using walker. Knew dining room would probably not be open, but since you could go inside to order, very disappointed rest rooms closed. A big sign out at the street would have saved a lot of pain. And we went to McDonald's. Same setup, but potties open!

The staff is very friendly. And the drive through is always quick. I come here frequently and the other day I stopped to use the WiFi and they brought my food out to me. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes Dunkin.
