used to be all about nitrogen ice cream, but has diversified into a neat, casual almost food place. family-friendly, very clean and with excellent service (wafer are super nice,) it offers a lot of sandwiches, burgers, drinks and desserts that are somewhat affordable but come in very generous portion sizes. Great ice concept. they mix milk and fresh ingredients of their choice into a huge bowl while they freeze with liquid nitrogen. the end product is amazing! delicious fresh ice to enjoy in a hot day in barranquilla. I recommend placing not only for the ice, but also for the cool show.
